A customer is not authorized to create the agreement; however, they can approve, accept, or refuse it.

An agreement can only be negotiated by a service provider.

Why? Its purpose is to ensure that you, as a consumer, have no trouble finding the most credible service provider.

• A customer is given the freedom to post requirements such as the project's scope, project type, quality standards, and projected deadline, among other things.
• The service provider, on the other hand, presents the agreement to specify the expected standard service that he can supply in response to the customer's needs.
• Furthermore, the customer has the option to approve or reject the proposal based on their requirements.
• Gig4u has a pool of excellent service providers, but it is up to the consumer to choose or rely on one of them.

So, when you post your requirements as a "customer," there's a good probability that service providers will bid on it. Now it's up to you to decide who you'll respond to.

Remember-only the service providers who receive a response from your side will be allowed to propose an agreement.

When you respond to their bid, you’re providing the service provider the access to propose an agreement. And when the service provider offers you an agreement, you have the option of accepting or rejecting it.
