The process:

Log in to your account and navigate to the dashboard. Click on the "Works" and "My response."

Step 2: In "My response" page you'll find the list of service providers who have responded or bid on your posted requirement.

Step 3: From there, you'll have two options: "Call Now" or "Schedule a Call". To speak immediately with the service provider press the "Call Now" button. This action will open a page where you the system will prompt you to confirm that you want to initiate the call. Click "Call Now" to confirm.

Step 4: Your call will be initiated, and you'll be connected with the service provider in real time.
