If you are an employer or anyone looking or high skilled freelancer, you have the freedom to post your job requirement on gig4u. The first step is to sign up as a customer on our website, Gig4u.co. After you've finished registration, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account, through our portal website:

2. As you log in, you’ll be redirected to your profile dashboard. Update your profile if you are a new user.

3. Go to “post requirements” tab to post a job or project, there you will find two options –

• Post requirements
• My requirements

4. Choose “post requirements”. This selection will bring you to requirements form page where you must precisely fill out all of the areas.

5. The form will have the following items – project name, number of people (you need an individual or a team for the project), broad function area, type of roles/sub function, skill, type of level (entry – experience – expert), type of engagement (project mode or task based), preferred days of work (flexible or fixed), when do you want to begin the work, write about the project (50-200 minimum words).

6. After filling up the form, submit it and wait for a response. If you receive a response or bid from a freelancer, you will be alerted through email and will be able to view the responses in the responses button.

7. To view your prior gig listings, navigate to the "Post requirement" tab and select "my requirements." You may also publish as many projects or needs as per your requirement.

Tips – The hiring process is an important one and you need to make sure that you take the right steps when you hire freelancers. Here are some important things to consider while filling up the project requirement form:

• Understand the project and describe it to the freelancer. Describe about the project in great detail. Share your expectations, the scope of the project, what you're looking for in a freelancer, and how you intend to proceed with the project.
• Consider your monetary status. Recognize whether investing in the project will benefit you in the next years. In what basis would you like to hire a freelancer? Project, milestones or task-based?
