These action buttons are linked to a signup form. Once clicked it will take you to a sign-up form. Fill up the sections with your necessary data, and submit the form.

When you'll successfully register, you will receive an email at the email address and WhatsApp message on your registered contact number you submitted in the form. Later, you'll get a series of emails that will walk you through the rest of the process.
