To complete a milestones-based project, you must create milestones based on the project requirements. You'll get compensated only after you've successfully accomplished a milestone.

1. Go to “find work”. The page will show some relevant job postings.

2. When you find a job that you would like to bid for, tap in the “propose a bid” button.

3. The propose a bid button will redirect you to a page where you’ll find a proposal form, where you’ll find these sections –

• Project name
• Solution
• Project type
• Duration
• Timing
• When can I start the work?
• Enter rate
• Upload a file

4. Get creative and use this form to impress the client.

5. In the form the project section has two options.

• Project-based
• Milestone based

6. Choose milestone-based and submit the data you’ve filled.

7. Wait for the response from the client’s side. If the client likes your bid, they’ll send you a message in response, which you’ll be notified via mail.

8. To check the response, go to “Works” and “All bids”.

9. There you’ll see two new options, under the bid.

• View reply – this option let’s you message and chat with the customer to carry on the project.
• Propose an agreement – an agreement form consisting of project name, project type, duration, timing, when can I start the work and target date.

10. Fill up the necessary information and submit the agreement form.

11. After submission, if clients accept the agreement – you’ll find two new sets of options available in the bid section.

• Cancel – if you don’t wish to continue, you can opt for canceling the deal, through the cancel option
• Add milestone – to continue, add select “add milestone.”

12. If you choose “add milestone” you’ll be redirected to a form consisting of some section that you need to fill up. Which are – project name, milestone name, milestone description, date, enter the amount for this milestone, the total amount available, and upload document. Fill up and submit.

13. If the customer approves your milestones, the customer will pay the money to escrow.

14. Meanwhile you can start working on the milestones you’ve set. Also, you can add as much as milestones are required.

15. And when you complete the said job and submit the work, the customer will check and accordingly approve the milestone and the payment will be released from the escrow.

Note – verified service providers will be charged 10% service fee for all the jobs that they work on regular jobs.
