A payment arrangement in which a customer deposits 100% of the payment to our escrow account and the full amount is released at the end of the project.
1. Go to “find work”. The page will show some relevant job postings.
2. When you find a job that you would like to bid for, tap in the “propose a bid” button.
3. The propose a bid button will redirect you to a page where you’ll find a form, where you’ll see these sections –
- Project name
- Solution
- Project type
- Duration
- Timing
- When can I start the work?
- Enter rate
- Upload a file
4. Get creative and use this form to impress the client.
5. In the project section – you’ll be given two options.
- Project-based
- Milestone based
6. Choose project based and submit the form.
7. Then you’ve to wait for the response from the client’s side. If the client likes your bid, they’ll send you a message in response, which you’ll be notified via mail.
8. To check the response, you will need to go to “Works” and “All bids”.
9. There you’ll find two new options, under the bid.
- View reply – this option lets you check messages and chat with the customer to carry on the project.
- Propose an agreement – an agreement form consisting of project name, project type, duration, timing, when can I start the work and target date.
10. The form will be auto filled with necessary information, just double check before submitting the form.
11. After submission, if clients accept your agreement, he/she will pay the full amount in advanced. You’ll get a notification via mail.
12. Finally, after 100% completion of the work, go back to “Agreements” and “Claim”, you’ll be redirected to a page which will say “have you completed the project and want to claim the full amount?”. Choose “yes”, if you’ve completed the work. Then you’ve to wait for client to pay the rest amount to escrow and approve the payment.
13. As soon client approves the payment, you’ll be notified and payment will be released.
Note – verified service providers will be charge 10% service fee for all the jobs that they work on regular jobs.
